It’s about self care, mindful tips, simple wisdom and learning new ways to apply it to our every day life. It centres on intentional living, happiness, inspiration, motivation and tips on self care and letting go of that which no longer serves you, your authentic best self and your highest growth and potential. My intention as a life and well being coach is to empower women and men who have experienced emotionally abuse relationship and the discomfort and struggle to trying understand what happened, to self heal and live an intentional life.
